Local women of achievement to be recognised by Luxurycare!
Dorset Venus Awards 2017 in association with Mercedes-Benz of Poole announces Luxurycare as Sponsor of Lifetime Achievement Award!
The Venus Awards have launched in Dorset for an eighth consecutive year to find the brightest female business stars in the region, and are pleased to announce residential homes group Luxurycare as Sponsor of the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Luxurycare is proud to deliver class leading care to older people within care home settings. Catering for the whole spectrum to include both residential and nursing care as well as supporting those with dementia, the Group operate locally in Bournemouth and Poole. With two of their care homes rated as outstanding and in the top 1% of the UK, Luxurycare really is class leading.
Of their first year sponsoring the Dorset Venus Awards, Mandy Kittlety, Director of Care and herself a winner in last year’s Venus Awards in the region, says,

The Venus Awards – dubbed by Channel 4 as “The Working Women’s Oscars” – launch on Monday, 24th April 2017 at BCS-Bournemouth Collegiate School, commencing the seven-month cycle of events to discover the brightest female business stars in its midst.

In the Dorset region nominees and applicants are competing in up to 15 categories that include Inspirational Woman in Science and Technology, Small Business, HR Manager, Entrepreneur, Influential Woman, Company, Customer Service, Business Mother, Inspirational Woman, Lifetime Achievement, Networker, Director, Employer, Musical Talent, and Marketing.
The Awards are unique in that anyone can nominate a friend, client or family member.
Joining the Venus Awards as Associate Sponsor for the second year running is Mercedes-Benz of Poole who is also sponsoring the Venus car and the Influential Woman of the Year category.
BCS-Bournemouth Collegiate School, in their first year of supporting the Dorset Venus Awards, is sponsoring the ever-popular public vote category of Business Mother of the Year.
