Brighton & Sussex Venus Awards Official Website

Of all the regions in the Venus Awards family of events, the Brighton & Sussex Awards take place in the most vibrant of cities! A city where women overall run the majority of new businesses.

Women in the West are generally fortunate experiencing much respect for all they bring to family life and the running of a home – whether we are single, a couple or have family. Across the world this is not always the case, meaning awards such as these can really help their cause and plea.

The first two years have been a huge success. Now with its first Regional Partner Brighton & Sussex will be taken to new heights; introducing past winner Ambassadors and boardroom networking – not just further raising the profile within their business community but also being examples of inspiration, focus and tenacity.

There are no limits! The diversity of Sussex brings with it opportunity for great celebration of diversity, challenge and winning against the odds. The plans for the future are ambitious bringing higher profiling for sponsors and winners.

  • “The Venus Awards has impacted me on a personal level to learn new ways of doing things with the videos and promoting my business, I hadn’t thought of doing it that way until then I always thought I had to get professional in (which is always best but sometimes unreachable) but it gave me the confidence to try and give things ago and not get caught up in the daily tasks and to try new fresh ways of doing things.”

  • “The Venus Awards have highlighted that we are an all female team and a successful one at that.”

  • “Almost instantly we saw an increase in our followers through social media. We have made countless new connections with other local businesses and now when we attend events, people say to us ‘oh yes, we have heard of Pied A Terre Adventures’ – all the time. We are positive this is in large part down to the recognition of winning the Venus Award.”
