Birmingham Venus Awards Official Website

Seven years on, and the Venus phenomenon keeps on rolling. From its humble beginnings in 2009, the Venus Awards exploded across the UK and is proud to have Birmingham among the Venus Awards family of regions.

The extremely glamorous and exclusive ‘social event of the business calendar’ – the Venus Awards Ceremony [dubbed the Working Women’s Oscars] is gearing up to be another triumphant success for the hard working women of Birmingham

The Awards drew over one thousand nominations, numerous sponsors and supporters last time and, in so doing, recognised and rewarded a number of inspirational women of the Birmingham region— many of whom have now joined the very exclusive Venus Awards Winner’s Circle.

Regional Partner

Emma Larkin_ImageI’m Emma Larkin, MD of AllinALL events and the Regional Partner for the Venus Awards in Birmingham. I am beyond excited to be taking over as Regional Partner this year for the Birmingham Venus Awards.

The Venus Awards was extremely successful here in Birmingham last time and I’m working hard to make it even more so this year.

Events are my passion, I absolutely love creating them and seeing the finished product. I quickly picked up the event management bug when I organised a charity event at University, AllinAll Events was then created in my final year of my degree.

At only 25 I’ve still got a lot to achieve, with a lot of plans of where I want to take myself and AllinAll.

I live in Birmingham City Centre with my Partner Charles and we are currently planning our wedding for 2017!

Why I wanted to be a part of the awards:

“I wanted to be a part of an initiative that champion’s women and the wonderful things they are achieving, Venus Awards was perfect for that.

Venus Awards had a very successful inaugural year.  That has meant the awards have a strong reputation locally and sponsors are now coming forward wanting to be involved, which is putting me in touch with many more businesses than I could reach on my own.”

We want to hear from you or any other company wishing to recognise, support and engage with women in their local business community.

So please pick up the phone or ping me an email so we can have a chat about how your business can help lead the women in business agenda for Birmingham.
